You may check your commission by contacting Amway Customer Support.

If you have already enrolled a commission account you can view those details in your profile (link to profile) on amway.com.ph. If you have not yet added a commission account you can add it for the first time in your profile. If your downline does not have internet access, they can call Amway Customer Support or Distributor Records at 635-1815.

Amway pays core bonus commissions on the 15th of each month to the commission account you have enrolled for your business. Those accounts must be in the name of the corporation or main applicant. We are only accepting new commission from Banco De Oro and GCASH Mobile Wallet accounts.

You may change your commission payment banking information by filling out the Change Request Form and submitting it along with the required attachments indicated in the form in one of the following ways:

  • Drop it at your nearest ADC
  • Email it to AmwayPH.ContactCenter@amway.com
