CAN I SET UP “AUTO-RENEWAL” ON MY ACCOUNT?
Yes, you have the option to set up auto-renewal for your account by enrolling your credit card and consenting to our terms and conditions. Processing of auto-renewal occurs every first week of January.
IMPORTANT: Be advised that if your account is currently expired, manually renew your account before subscribing to the auto-renewal program.
Can I avail to more than 1 Amway Subscription Plan?
Yes, ABOs can avail of more than 1 (One) Amway Subscription Plan. The related benefit or gift from the Amway Subscription Plan is attached to each plan, so the more you subscribe the more you benefit!
Can I co-load another ordered product(s) with my existing Amway Subscription Plan?
No, fulfilment of your Subscription orders will be separate from your regular purchases.
Can I customize the product combination(s) that I want to enroll for Amway Subscription Plan?
Variant combination can be made for plans having this option.
Can I order by calling?
Yes, you can place your order by calling us at #26929 (#AMWAY).
Payment must be initiated by the ordering party.
Can I return products?

Can I ‘auto-renew’ the plan which I enrolled?
Upon subscription, you can click on “Auto Continue” field in the Amway Subscription Plan PDP page of the plan offering automatic renewal.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. Visit My Amway Place in Makati, Cebu and Cagayan De Oro, and our Amway Distribution Center in Davao. Our Customer Service Officers will be happy to serve you.

How can I order online?
Log in to your account at www.amway.com.ph and click the SHOP Dashboard wherein category and subcategories of products will be displayed.
Browse through the Product Listing Page and click Add to Cart.
Proceed to Payment to complete Shopping transactions.
How do I change my account information for my commission payment?
You may change you commission payment banking information by editing your bank details in your profile on amway.com.ph.
You can also enroll it by filling out the Change Request Form found in our Education Center and submitting it along with the required attachments indicated in the form and send it to APHDistributorRecords@Amway.com.
How do I get my products?

How do I log in to my account?
1. For those with existing accounts, you may log in using your existing username and password. Then, proceed to creating your AMWAY ID to enable you to access all Amway apps with one username and password.

How do I see the account details for my commission payment?
If you already enrolled a commission account, you could view those details in your profile on amway.com.ph.
If you have not yet enrolled a bank or GCash account for your commission account, you can add it for the first time in the bank details part of your profile.
Should you encounter any issue enrolling your commission account, please contact our Customer Care Center at #26929. You can also enroll it by filling out the Change Request Form in our Education Center, and submitting it along with the required attachments indicated in the form and send it to APHDistributorRecords@Amway.com.
How does Amway Pay commissions?
Amway pays commissions on or before the 15th of each month to the commission account you have enrolled for your business.
Those accounts must be in the name of the corporation or main applicant.
Should you fail to enroll a valid bank or GCash account prior to commission payment, an Account Receivable (AR) will be credited to your account which you can use to purchase Amway Products. Unused AR will be included in the next commission payment unless you still don’t have an enrolled bank or GCash account before the cutoff date

Is an ABO sponsor required? What if I don't know an ABO?
All AE Shoppers are required to input sponsor information upon registration.
Don't know an ABO? No worries! Simply click on the button on the registration page that you don't know an ABO and we'll assign one for you automatically.
Assigning an ABO to your account helps Amway reach its AE Shoppers quicker through our ABOs - if you have any questions about our products, services, policies, or if you're interested in one day becoming an ABO yourself, your ABO sponsor will be there to answer your questions.
If you don't want to be contacted by your ABO sponsor, simply tick the box that indicates you don't want to be contacted by any ABO. You can proceed to create your account and simply shop!
What are all the areas covered for delivery by Amway Subscription Plan?
The same areas that we currently service for normal orders will be the same areas covered under Amway Subscription Plan delivery.
What are all the available channels for enrollment and how do I know if I am enrolled?
Our Amway Subscription Plan is available via www.amway.com.ph. You can check your subscriptions by going to “My Account” under the dropdown menu and select “My Subscriptions”.
What are all the payment methods available for Amway Subscription Plan enrollment?
Debit cards, credit cards powered by Visa and Master Card are accepted.
What are the applicable delivery fees?
For Zoom deliveries:

To ease the challenges of deliveries during the time of COVID-19, we are offering free delivery with a minimum purchase of PHP4000 for MLD areas.

What if I change address or mode of delivery in the middle of the program?
For changes in address or mode of delivery (pick-up from shop). just sign in to www.amway.com.ph and go to My Subscriptions under My Account dropdown to edit your profile’s address.
What if I change my Subscription order in the middle of the Amway Subscription Plan?
Only specific information can be changed in your Subscription order. Either edit the variant or reduce the subscription quantity.
What if an item is on TNA for a particular month or period?
If an item under Amway Subscription Plan becomes TNA, you will be receiving a notification via your registered email that your subscription will automatically be shifted to one month because of this situation and fulfillment of your current Amway Subscription order will happen next month.
What if payment is not made successful/ rejected?
In the event that the enrolled card failed to successfully push through with payment, the ABO will receive an email notification advising that there is an order with payment pending. The ABO will be given 48hrs to settle the payment, otherwise, the Amway Subscription Plan will be canceled.
What information is required to sign up?
Amway Philippines requires the following information from all users signing up to be an Amway Exclusive Shopper:
1. First and last name
2. Date of Birth
3. Local address
4. Email address or mobile number
5. ABO Sponsor. For users with no ABO sponsors, you will be assigned one randomly.

What is Amway’s return policy?
Amway provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 100 days from the original date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Amway product, we will refund the purchase price or exchange it for another.
Please Note:
The Amway eSpring Water Treatment System is not included in the 100% for 100 Days Satisfaction Guarantee – eSpring is supported by a separate warranty program.
What is your warranty program?

What products can Amway Exclusive Shoppers get?
All Amway Exclusive (AE) Shoppers can purchase all Amway products with a maximum purchase qty. of 5 pieces per SKU/per item per month. For XS energy drinks, AE Shoppers can purchase a maximum of 120 cans per month. Meanwhile, for the eSpring Water Purifier, an AE Shopper can only purchase one unit for the entire duration of their membership.
What's an ABO Sponsor Information?
Upon registration, AE Shoppers are asked for their sponsoring ABO's information. This applies when you are an existing customer being serviced by an Amway Business Owner (ABO), and you are signing up as an AE Shopper referred or invited by an ABO you know. You may ask your ABO for their ABO number and input this number in the designated field upon registration.
When will orders be processed and shipped and what is the cut-off for enrollment?
Your Subscription orders will be processed on your preferred order processing day (OPD). For the receipt of goods, expect 3 to 7 days from the shipment date.
Where can I sign up?
You can sign up in two ways:
1. Online at amway.com.ph, OTP required
2. By filling out the registration form at our Amway stores. Valid ID required.
Who can apply for Amway Subscription Plan?
All duly registered ABOs and AES can apply, both main and co-applicant. The enrolled credit card (card holder) must either be that of main or co-applicant who signs on the Amway Subscription enrollment form.
Who can sign up?
The following persons can sign up for an Amway Exclusive Shopper account:
1. Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above
2. Foreigners with local address and contact info
Note: For spouses, only one account must be used.
Will Amway Subscription Plan be in conjunction with other promotions?
No, items under Amway Subscription Plan will not qualify for any other promotions.
Will an Amway Exclusive Shopper receive discounts on products?
When you sign up to be an Amway Exclusive (AE) Shopper, you actually get to shop products at Amway's Distributor Prices. This means you can get all of the Amway products at a 30% markdown from the retail price. You also get to avail of our monthly promotions.
