Company Vs. Self-Managed
With a company (or Amway) managed plan, we do all the work for you, from processing your monthly order, automated credit or debit card payments, and scheduled deliveries. A self-managed plan is an alternative if you prefer to process your plan monthly, on your own, with over the counter (OTC) or cash on delivery (COD) payments.

2. Pick your preferred plan from Subscription List
a. Update desired quantity, cycle and start month. Click auto continue if you want your subscription auto renewed.
3. Create a Subscription profile.
a. For Self-Managed: Only the preferred plan’s information is needed.
b. For Company-Managed: Enrolled payment, shipping address and order processing date are also needed.
TRACK YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
1. Keep track of all your subscriptions under your account profile’s My Subscription menu.
2. Get updated of your team’s subscriptions using Downline SOP Status Report.
Who can sign up for a subscription plan?
Anyone with an Amway account can subscribe to the plan, whether you’re an Amway Exclusive Shopper (AES) or an Amway Business Owner (ABO).
How do I track my plan?
Log into your account and select My Subscriptions under My Account.
What are the available payment methods?
Company-managed plan, which automates your payments, accepts debit and credit card powered by Visa or Master. For debit card holders, please make sure to enroll or enable your card for staged banking and set aside the designated monthly amount of your Amway Subscription Plan for your order processing date (OPD) to avoid delays or cancellations to your plan.
Don’t have access to credit or debit cards? Select the self-managed plan – it allows you to pay for your purchase with Cash on Delivery or make Over-the-Counter payments. Self-managed plans also accept all payment methods, including online card payments.
Can I enroll in multiple subscription plans with more than 1 subscription quantity?
Yes, you can enroll in more than 1 (one) Amway Subscription Plan and more than one (1) subscription quantity. The related benefit or gift from the Subscription is attached to each plan quantity, so the more you subscribe the more rewards you get!
What if I change address or mode of delivery in the middle of the plan?
For changes in address or mode of delivery (pick-up from shop), just sign in to www.amway.com.ph and go to My Subscriptions under My Account dropdown to edit your profile’s address.
What if I change my Subscription order in the middle of the Amway Subscription program?
Only specific information can be changed in your Subscription order. Either edit the variant or reduce the subscription quantity.
What if an item is on TNA (Temporarily Not Available) for a particular month or period?
If an item under Amway Subscription Plan becomes TNA, you will be receiving a notification via your registered email that your subscription will automatically be shifted to the next month, and you’ll receive the TNA month’s product with the following month’s delivery. This means your plan will be moved back by a month.
What if payment is not successful, or rejected?
If the enrolled card did not successfully push through with payment, the user will receive an email notification advising that there is an order with payment pending. You will be given 48 hours (about 2 days) to settle the payment, otherwise, the subscription plan will be cancelled.
Will Subscription Plan be in conjunction with other promotions?
No, items under Amway Subscription will not qualify for any other promotions.
Can I co-load another ordered product(s) with my existing Subscription?
No, fulfilment of your subscription orders will be separate from your regular purchases.
What are all the areas covered for delivery by the subscription plan?
The same areas that we currently service for normal orders will be the same areas covered under the Subscription Plan delivery.
Can I customize the product combination(s) that I want to enroll in the Subscription Plan?
Variant combinations can be made for plans having this choice.
