What are the key naturally derived ingredients in g&h™ Baby products?

 g&h™ Baby products are made with Plant-Based Goodness: each formula includes naturally inspired, plant-derived ingredients whenever possible. These include the unique botanical complexes used in each product.

Are g&h™ Baby products pH-balanced?

Yes. All g&h™ Baby formulas have been formulated to be slightly acidic, just like skin. A pH number measures how acidic or alkaline something is; a pH of 7 or above (the scale tops out at 14) is alkaline, or basic, while a pH below 7 is acidic. The pH of skin is around 5.5, making it slightly acidic.

Are g&h™ Baby products hypoallergenic?

 Yes, g&h™ Baby products have been carefully formulated and tested to provide gentle skin care for baby’s delicate skin. The products will be well tolerated on most babies without an allergic reaction. However, this does not mean that our products will never cause allergic reactions. If any skin irritation is observed in your child, please be sure to consult your pediatrician.

What clinical testing or laboratory support is available for g&h™ Baby products?

Clinical testing was performed to support safety claims for all products. Clinical evaluations for efficacy were also conducted on all products. All test results are on file in the Innovation and Science Department archives.

Are g&h™ Baby products sulfate-free?

Yes. Our Baby Wash & Shampoo does not contain sulfate surfactants. While many similar products on the market contain these chemicals, our formula was created to eliminate sulfate surfactants while maintaining efficacy.

Are any g&h™ Baby products fragrance-free?

Yes. All g&h™ Baby products are formulated without fragrance.

Do g&h™ Baby products contain any animal ingredients?

No, there are no animal-derived ingredients in any g&h™ Baby products, which are all registered with The Vegan Society.

Were g&h™ Baby products tested on animals?

No, none of the g&h™ Baby products were tested on animals.

What is the shelf life of g&h™ Baby products, and how long can I use them after opening?

The shelf life of the unopened product is three years. Once the products are opened, the recommended use period is 12-months.

How should g&h™ Baby products be stored?

Prior to use, g&h™ Baby products should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. All the products have been developed to be stable under normal conditions. However, extreme heat or cold may cause instabilities (color changes, ingredient separation, etc.) and should be avoided.
